Prince Antwi-Agyei began consulting with Aquaya in 2018, supporting sanitation studies in Ghana. Prince led the Ghana team under Aquaya’s urban sanitation costs and low-income consumers’ willingness-to-pay project under WSUP’s Urban Sanitation Research.
Prince is currently a lecturer at the department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Energy and Natural Resources, Sunyani – Ghana. Prince’s academic work focuses on fecal sludge management, solid waste engineering, health risk assessments, sanitation economics, wastewater management, and rural water supply. He is also a reviewer for several academic journals. Prince was the lead on the Quality Indicators of Shared Sanitation Facilities (QUISS) Project and has served as a committee member for the Ministry of Environment, Science and Technology on the evaluation of liquid waste management in Accra and Tema metropolitan areas. He has over 17 years professional experience and has worked in numerous countries.
Prince holds a PhD in Environmental Sanitation and Health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
