Nana Ama Dwum Bediako

Nana supports Aquaya’s administrative and operational team from the Accra office. Her role focuses on human resources, recruitment, immigration, procurement, and compliance activities.

Prior to joining Aquaya, Nana worked in both the nonprofit and private sectors for several years, focusing on administration and operations. Most recently, she worked at MegaForce Security Services as a human resource and administrative manager, where she provided administrative support; managed staff welfare matters, recruitment, and onboarding; and supported the development and implementation of human resources policies.

Nana holds a BSc in business administration (human resources management option) from Central University, Ghana.
