Julia Borovinskiy

Julia manages the financial grant reporting compliance and monitoring of subrecipients for the Rural Evidence and Learning for Water (REAL-Water) project funded by USAID. 

Prior to working for Aquaya, Julia was a financial analyst at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee, Minnesota. She was responsible for US Office of Management and Budget Uniform Guidance and grant reporting compliance, subrecipient monitoring of grant contracts, and audits. She also prepared and distributed financial reports for several sponsors. 

Julia has a BBA in finance from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee. She is a native Russian speaker.
