Jessie supports Aquaya’s program execution, research, and development across the Monitoring for Safe Water activities in Ghana. She also assists development of Aquaya’s Technology and Innovation practice line to evaluate innovations and emerging service delivery models for water and sanitation improvement in low-resource settings. Previously, Jessie worked as an Engineer and Project Manager for BURN Manufacturing, leading development of innovative clean cooking products in Kenya. She also worked as an Associate with IDinsight in Zambia, where she conducted research and provided advisory and consulting services to social sector practitioners, NGOs, and governments.
Jessie has a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) with a focus on development economics and appropriate technologies for developing countries.
