Alicea Easthope-Frazer

Alicea manages operational activities for the entire Aquaya team across six countries. She combines her international WASH operations and WASH research experience to support research and program staff. Her contributions to numerous studies and peer-reviewed papers uniquely position her to understand staff needs and support projects as they arise. Alicea was previously based in Aquaya’s Kenya office, assisting with field research team management and technology support.

Prior to working for Aquaya, Alicea focused on chemical water quality in Southeast Asia for her master’s thesis, studying arsenic and other heavy metal levels in Cambodia and China. Her service in the Peace Corps in El Salvador fostered a passion for working with underserved populations.
